作者认为地勘工作是物质生产,具有商品生产的性质,根据社会化大生产的要求,当前地勘单位管理体制改革应当注重发展省局或勘查局这一层次的集团规模经营。
Geological prospecting work belongs to a kind of material production; it possesses the character of commodity production. According to the demand of large-scale socialized production, due attention should be paid in geological restructuring to directing management of the provincial bureaus to operate in the scale as of an enterprise group or association.
