摘要
本文针对当前地质勘查经费严重不足的情况,提出了开辟多种资金渠道,增加地质勘查投入的途径,并对各种途径的必要性和可能性,从理论和实践的结合上做了论述。文章特别强调,开辟多种资金渠道,增加地质勘查投入,是地质工作运行机制的改革,必须提高认识,开拓前进。
In view of the present serious shortage of geological prospecting funds the author advocates to open up new ways of seeking financial support to increase geological input. The necessity of such an approach and feasibility of various ways and means are discussed both theoretically and in combination with practical conditions. It is particularly stressed that multi-sourced funding of geological exploration is actually a reform of the operating mechanism of geological work, which must be fully understood and carried out in a pioneering spirit.
