摘要
本文在分析石油地质工作状况的变化和总结油气地勘单位改革经验的基础上,认为采分离体制已成为新时期制约石油地质工作发展的障碍,因而提出要加快改革探采分离体制的步伐,建立起勘查为主,探采结合,以采促探,探采协调发展的石油地质工作新体制。
Based on an analysis of the present state of petroleumgeological work and a sum up of the experience of the reform of geological prospecting units of petroleum departments, the author holds that the old system that separates prospecting and mining has already become one that hinders the progress of oil exploration. The article calls for quickening the pace of its reform to establish a new system under which oil-seaching and extraction be combined to gain co-ordinated development, with emphasis laid on the former which will be propelled by the progress of the latter.
