摘要
本文认为,当前地矿系统内部物资管理存在的主要问题是物资管理体制还没有完全理顺,在一定程度上弱化了管理职能,并从两个方面列举了其表现。文章还对加强内部物资管理提出了若干建议。
The author thinks that the major problem with regard to the management of materials now existing in the geological and mineral resources departments is that the organizational system in this field has not yet been perfectly straightened out, thus weakened to a certain degree the administrative functions of the departments, Examples are given from two aspects and suggestions for enhancing internal control are put forward.
