摘要
本文认为近年来地勘工作规模萎缩,技术成果储备减少,人员富余的主要原因在于地勘资金不足和资金使用结构不合理。文章对这两者情况及其产生的主要原因从不同角度进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
The author deems that shortage of prospecting funds and irrational structure of the use of capital are to be accounted for in the main for the dwindling of geological prospecting work in recent years, resulting in the decrease of technical achievements and reserves and the surplus of workers and staff. These two unfavorable conditions and the causes of such stake of affairs are analyzed in the article from different angles with the author's proposals for, counter-measures.
