摘要
文章认为实行地质项目管理以来取得了一定的效果,但是由于现实存在的一些问题的影响,使其实行的效果并未完全达到预期目的。从实行的情况看,并未解决地勘单位争投资问题,也未解决如何搞好地勘单位内部项目承包问题,地质项目设计也并未真正做到优化。地质项目管理办法尚需进一步完善。
The management of geological projects has produced certain effective results since it has been exercised. However, due to the influence of some unfavorable factors in reality, it has not fully attained the Objectives as originally expected and some problems such as scrambling for investment among the geological prospecting units and how to have the contr acted projects better performed within the units have not been solved. Moreover, the designing of geological projects has not been genuinely optimized. So, it is imperative to adopt more effective ways and means of management in this area.
