摘要
文章论述了管理升级活动是治理地勘单位多年积累起来的深层次矛盾、全面提高素质的有效途径,是一项全方位、多层次、纵横交错的管理系统工程,涉及到地勘单位各方面的工作。文章归纳成十个问题,对此进行了分析。
The management-upgrading move is an effective means to solve the deep-seated and long-pending contradictions of the geological prospecting units as well as to raise their quality in an all-round way. It is an all-sided management system project which involves multiple administrative levels both vertically and laterally and touches upon all fields of work of the prospecting units. Ten problems are analyzed in the article.
