摘要
对新近选育的甘蓝型油菜CMS不育系L16 0A育性的遗传特点、L16 0A与pol细胞质不育系和陕 2A不育系的关系以及L16 0A的恢复系L16 0R - 1与恢复系L17C、湖南花叶恢、垦C1恢复基因的等位性进行了分析。结果表明 ,L16 0A不育性的遗传由一对隐性基因控制 ,同时受到其他微效基因的修饰 ;其恢保关系与pol细胞质不育系L17A、湘矮A和不育系陕 2A是一致的。L16 0A的恢复系L16 0R - 1与L17A的恢复系L17C和湘矮A的恢复系湖南花叶恢的恢复基因是等位的 ,而与陕 2A的恢复系垦C1的恢复基因是否具有等位性 。
The inheritance of L160A, a newly bred cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line of rapeseed ( Brassica napus L.), its relationship with pol CMS lines and sterile line Shan-2A, and the allelism between the fertility restoring genes of its restorer L160R-1, on the one hand, and of the restorer lines L17C, Hunan-Huayehui and KenC1, on the other, were analyzed. The inheritance of sterility in L160A was found to be controlled by a pair of recessive gene with the modification of some minor genes. The properties of fertility restoration and sterility maintenance in it were similar to those in pol CMS lines L17A and Xiang'ai-A and in the sterile line Shan-2A. The fertility-restoring gene in L160R-1 was identified as allelic with those of L17C (the restorer of L17A) and Hunan Huayehui (the restorer of Xiang'ai-A). Whether allelism exists between the fertility restoring genes of L160R-1 and Ken-C1 (the restorer on Shan-2A) remains unsettled and molecular marker techniques have to be employed in further study.
