摘要
研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对高压静电场与酶作用的影响 ,结果表明 :脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚使得过氧化氢酶更容易受到高压静电场的影响 ,使酶活力产生变化的阀值电场强度变得更低。酶活力变化所需时间缩短。高压静电场处理酶时 。
PPJ made catalase more susceptible to the influence of high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF), reducing the critical electrostatic strength that affects catalase activity and the time span for the occurrence of change in enzyme activity. Treated with HVEF, catalase showed a rapid rice in its activity followed by a slight drop.
