模拟酸雨对6种园林植物的影响 被引量:26

EFFECTS OF SIMULATED ACID PRECIPITATION ON THE GROWTH AND PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSES OF SIX GARDEN PLANTS

摘要 研究了模拟酸雨对 6种园林植物损伤的形态和生理指标的变化及处理前后新梢的生长比率。结果表明 ,不同的pH值的酸雨对 6种园林植物新梢生长有不同程度的抑制 ,酸雨的酸度越大 ,对园林植物的伤害越大。随模拟酸雨强度的加强 ,6种园林植物叶片叶绿素的含量逐渐下降 ,叶片的细胞质膜透性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量及过氧化物酶 (POD)活性升高。pH值等于 2 .0的模拟酸雨对叶片伤害最为明显。pH值等于 4 .0时 ,伤害较为轻微。但不同种类之间对酸雨的抗性有明显差异。它们的抗性强弱顺序为扶桑、海棠花、细叶榕、灰莉、福建茶。 The changes in morphological and physiological indicators and shoot growth rate of six garden plant species were recorded before and after the treatment in a simulated acid precipitation experiment. Acid precipitation with different pH values inhibited, to different extents, shoot growth of all the 6 species. The harm suffered by the plants increased with the acidity of the rain. As the acidity of the simulated rain increased, the chlorophyll content in the leaves decreased while the cell membrane permeability, MDA content and POD activity of the leaves increased. Considerable differences were observed among the plant species in their tolerance to acid precipitation, Hibisous rosa-sinensis being the most resistant species and Murraya paniculata being the least resistant species of the six.
