摘要
将泌乳量、胎次、泌乳月相近的 18头黑白花奶牛分为 3组 ,分别饲以精料补充料Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ。精料补充料I含有11%的豆饼 ,在等能等氮分别添加 0 .l%和 0 .0 2 %氢醌 (脲酶抑制剂 )的前提下 ,用尿素取代精料补充料I中全部豆饼构成精料补充料Ⅱ和Ⅲ。结果表明 :3组试牛泌乳量、乳脂率、血液尿素氮、日增重和体增重校正标准乳差异均不显著(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但Ⅰ组试牛日增重和体增重校正标准乳有提高趋势 ,而Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组试牛泌乳量有上升趋势。因此 ,在奶牛饲养中适当应用氢醌尿素对泌乳量无负效应 。
Eighteen dairy cattle (Holstein Friesian) with similar milk yield, parity and lactation month were divided into three groups and given three different concentrate supplement feeds (designated as feed I, feed II and feed III) respectively. Feed I contained 11% soybean meal. Feeds II and III were formulated by replacing soybean meal with urea and supplementing 0.1 and 0.1% hydroquinone (a urease inhibitor) on the condition that the energy and nitrogen amount in the three feeds was equal. The results showed that the dairy cattle in the three groups did not differ significantly ( P >0.05) in their milk yield, milk fat percentage, blood urea nitrogen, average daily gain or fat and body weight gain-corrected milk yield, but the average daily gain and fat and body weight gain-corrected milk yield showed a tendency of increase in Group I, and milk yield of the dairy cattle in Groups II and III tended to increase as compared with Group I. Such results suggest that supply of hydroquinone and urea to the feed for dairy cattle for the purpose of saving protein feeds have no negative effect on milk capacity of the cattle as along their rates are proper.
