This paper analyses the conditions of using foreign direct investment in Liao Ning,and points out six problems in it.Based on the actual situation in Liao Ning,it also introduces strategies for future development, the measures to attract investment from transnational corporations,and the use of famous foreign brands so that Liao Ning can make good and effective use of its foreign direct investment.
