薄层扫描法测定保元精口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量

Quantitative Determination of Astragaloside In Baoyuanjing Oral Sol ution by TLCS

目的:测定保元精口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用薄层扫描法。硅胶G薄层板,氯仿—甲醇—水(13∶6∶2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液展开;λS=530nm,λR=700nm。结果:线性范围1.9μg～9.5μg,平均回收率99.88%,RSD=2.94%。结论:该方法可用于保元精口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定。

Objective:To establish a method to determine th e content of Astragalo side in Baoyuanjing o-ral solution.Methods:Silica gel G thin layer plate,chl oroform-methanol-water(13∶6∶2)solution that was placed over night at b elow 10℃spread ed, S =530nm, R =700nm.Results:The linear range was 1.9～9.5靏,The average rec overy rate was 99.88%,RSD =2.94%.Conclusions:This method can be u sed for the quantitative determination of A stragaloside in Baoyuanjing oral so lution.
