清热抗感冲剂退热及抗炎作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Qingre Kanggan Granule on the Effect of Clearing Heat and Aut i -inflammation

目的:探讨清热抗感冲剂的退热、抗炎作用。方法:大鼠背部皮下注射2,4-二硝基苯酚造成发热模型,然后观察清热抗感冲剂对体温的影响。制备小鼠耳廊炎症以及大鼠蛋清性足肿胀模型,观察冲剂对炎症的影响。结果:大剂量组能明显降低2,4-二硝基苯酚所致的大鼠体温升高,并能显著降低小鼠耳廊肿胀度和大鼠蛋清性足肿胀。结论:清热抗感冲剂具有明显的清热、抗炎功效。

Objective:To study the clearing heat and anti -i nflamamation effect of Qingre Kanggan Gran-ule.Methods:Fever models were made by injected DNP subcutaneously on the rat back,and then the in-fluence of this granule was observed.To observe the effect of the granule on inflammation induced ear swelling in mice and the egg white induced paw swelling in rats.Results:The temperature lowered obvious-ly;and granule could reduce the xylo l induced ear swelling in mice and the egg white induced paw swelling in rats.Conclusions:Qingre Kanggan granule has obvious e ffect on clearing heat and anti -inflammation.
