醒脑静联合甘露醇治疗脑出血65例疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Xingnaojing Combined with Mannite on 65cases of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑出血患者联合应用醒脑静后的治疗效果。方法:设立治疗组和对照组,治疗组加用醒脑静注射液,一定疗程后复查头颅CT了解血肿吸收情况,并进行分类统计。结果:治疗后血肿吸收情况,经统计学处理,有显著意义。结论:脑出血患者经甘露醇合并醒脑静治疗可促进血肿吸收,缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xin gnaojing(XNJ )combined with mannite on the cerebral hemorrhage patients.Method:To establish the treated group and th e controlled group.The for-mer was treated with XNJ.After some p eriod of treatment,the hematoma absorption was examined with coronal CT.Then the data were analyzed.Result:Compared with controlled group,the absorption of hematoma in treated group was promoted significantly.Conclusion:XNJ combined with mannite can pro-mote the absorption of hematoma and s horten the treating time of the cereb ral hemorrhage patients.
