血清TSGF检测结合鼻咽部细胞学涂片在鼻咽癌治疗中的意义

目的 探讨TSGF检测和鼻咽涂片在鼻咽癌放疗疗效观察中的意义。方法 分析 10 0例鼻咽癌患者放疗前、后血清TSGF含量变化及与放疗后鼻咽部细胞性涂片结果关系。结果 放疗前后血清TS GF含量有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,鼻咽涂片阳性患者的TSGF含量与鼻咽涂片阴性患者的TSGF含量也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To explore the role of rumor analysis of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) and the detection of cancer cell in nasopharyneal smears for treatment of nasophyngeal carcinoma.Methods To analyze the relationship between the change of TSGF level before and after irradiation in 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and detection result of cancer cell in nasopharyngeal smear after irradiation. Rusults The difference in level of TSGF before and after irradiation is obvious( P <0.05),the difference in level of TSGF for positive of nasopharyngeal smears and negative of nasopharyngeal smears is obvious ( P <0.05).Conclusion It can be judged whether cancer cells is remained after nasopharyneal carcinoma irradiation by analyzing the level of TSGF before and after irradiation combined the detecting cancer cell in nasopharyngeal smears.
