摘要 IgA天疱疮是一种新型自身免疫性表皮内水疱性疾病,其临床表现、组织病理和免疫病理与IgG天疱疮不同,皮质类固醇治疗常常不能控制病情,首选药物是砜类药物如氨苯砜,维甲酸类药物如阿维A酯是极好的二线治疗用药。
