上海市青浦区1996～2000年老年人意外伤害死亡分析

Mortality analysis of fatal accidents of elderly population in Qingpu district of Shanghai during the period between 1996 and 2000

[目的 ] 了解上海市青浦区老年人的意外伤害致死情况。 [方法 ] 对青浦区 1 996～ 2 0 0 0年 60岁及以上老年人的全部报告资料进行意外伤害死亡率、标化死亡率分析。 [结果 ] 意外伤害在老年人全死因的顺位中居第 4位 ,意外伤害标化死亡率为 1 4 6 .81 / 1 0万。机动车交通事故、意外跌落、淹死、其他事故有害效应和自杀是意外死亡的主要原因。 [结论 ] 意外伤害是威胁老年人生命的主要危险因素之一 ,家庭和社会都应重视老年人意外伤害的防制工作。

To understand the status of deaths caused by accidents in elderly population in Qingpu district of Shanghai. The registry data of all deaths of people aged 60 years and over in Qingpu district during the period between 1996 and 2000 were analyzed for mortality and standardized mortality of injury. The standardized mortality of accidents of the elderly during the period was 146.81/10 5.Accidental deaths in elderly ranked the fourth among all causes.Traffic accidents,falling,drowning,other adverse accidents and suicide were major causes leading to accidental deaths. [Conclusion] Accidents is one of the most serious factors which threatened the elderly. Families and the society should pay more attention to control and prevent accidental injuries among elderly population.
