摘要
本文通过一维差分计算,研究不同换热计算方法对汽轮机轴封处放热系数及其对转子温度场的影响,推荐了一套考虑蒸汽热物性随蒸汽参数变化的计算公式,导出了内部节点和边界节点处的追赶系数。对K-300-240型汽轮机的实例计算结果表明,在放热系数足够大时,汽轮机转子轴封处传热的主要热阻取决于转子内部的导热热阻,为电厂热疲劳计算使用放热系数的简化公式提供了依据。
The effect of different calculation methods of heat exchange on coefficient of conve-ctive heat transfer and turbine rotor temperature feild at turbine glands have been investigated by the way of onedimentional finite difference calculation. A set of formulas considering the thermal properties of steam have been recommended. The coefficients of persuit at internal and boundary nodes are deduced. The result of the calculation of rotor temperature feild shows, that the internal thermal resistance in rotor is the main thermal resistance in the heat transfer calculation at the turbine glands. This provides the power plants with the basis to use the simpler formula of calculation for coefficient of convective heat transfer.
