摘要 通过试验和理论分析,明确了充油非密闭容器中出现工频强电流后压力波的发生和发展过程。计算解释了试验结果:强电流在充油容器内产生的压力峰值是在通流瞬间发生的,然后逐步下降。释压膜片对弧区局部压力的机械破坏性起不到防护作用。 本文表明,在压力峰值出现的瞬间,弧道能量还来不及达到极大值。这意味着,压力波的峰值与弧道能量的最大值没有直接关系,而是与弧道能量的起始过程有关。因此,并联补偿电容器组的数百赫放电电流能在油断路器内导致很高的灭弧室压力,导致机械性破坏。 The pressure generation and expansion processes in an unsealed oil container were analysed both experimentally and theoretically. The results showed that the peak pressure was reached at the begining of current strike and decreased afterward. The mechanical destruction Could not be reduced by the pressure relieving diaphragm.The results showed that the pressure reached its peak before the energy in the arcing channel reached its maximum. Thus the peak pressure was not due to heavy evaporation of the insulating oil. There was an Electric Water-Hammer (shock wave) effect at the lime of arc onset.
