摘要
本文对一类大型汽轮发电机氢内冷转子的三维稳态温度场进行数值仿真,与迄今为止的多数算法不同,本文将通风道气流也作为计算对象,将气流与转子本体统一进行网格剖分和计算。仿真结果指出槽与槽之间温度近乎绝缘。 本文研究了通风孔道阻塞、平均换热系数、局部换热系数以及表面损耗等对温度场的影响。
A system of nonlinear difference equations and some sophisticated SOR schemes with variable relaxation factors for simulating the 3D-steady temperature distribution in a hydrogen inner-cooled turbogenerator rotor are derived. The numerical simulations show that the heat transfer between slots is nearly insulated. The influences on temperature of ventilating holes obstructed, the average and/or the local convective heat coefficients, as well as the surface loss, including loss of higher frequency and/or loss of friction, are discussed. Some experimental formulas are first obtained.
