CT引导下经皮肺穿刺射频治疗肺癌

Ablation of lung cancer using CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency

目的 观察CT引导下经皮肺穿刺射频切除治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法 肺癌 5 0例 ,共 6 2个病灶 ,在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺插入射频电极针进行射频热凝固治疗 ,对手术前后肿瘤的大小及灭活情况进行对比 ,并观察临床症状的改善及并发症的发生情况。结果 术后 1、3、6及 12个月CT复查 ,18个病灶(2 8% )完全毁损 ,增强造影不显影 ,34个病灶 (5 6 % )大部分 (直径 >3cm)毁损 ,增强造影仅小部分显影 ,10个病灶 (16 % )仅小部分 (直径 <3cm)毁损或肿块某一部分增大 ,增强造影大部分显影。结论 经皮肺穿刺射频治疗肺癌 ,近期临床疗效确切 ,并发症少 。

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous radiofrequency under CT guidance on lung cancer.Methods Fifty patients with 62 lesions were underwent percutaneous radiofrequency ablation therapy,the preoperation tumor size,symptoms and complications were compared with those of postoperation.Results CT scans were performed in 50 patients,1,2,6,and 12 months after operation,eighteen of 62 lesions(18%) showed complete necrosis,34 lesions(56%) showed necrosis to different degrees,10 lesions with mild effect.Conclusion The percutaneous radiofrequency ablation therapy under the guidance of CT scan is safe and effective,with few complications,and can serve as a new method to the treatment of lung cancers.
