摘要
目的 观察脂糖舒增强正常和糖尿病机体的抗寒和耐热能力。方法 分别用脂糖舒、优降糖、降糖灵和消渴丸灌胃正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠 15d ,检测各组小鼠耐寒和耐热存活时间 (min)。结果 ①脂糖舒、优降糖、降糖灵和消渴丸均能显著延长正常和糖尿病小鼠的耐寒和耐热存活时间 (较生理盐水组P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1)。其中 ,正常小鼠耐寒 :脂糖舒优于优降糖、降糖灵和消渴丸 (P <0 0 0 1) ;糖尿病小鼠耐寒 :脂糖舒优于优降糖和消渴丸 (P <0 0 0 1) ,与降糖灵相当 (P >0 0 5 )。正常小鼠耐热 :脂糖舒剂量≥ 5g/kg时优于优降糖 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与降糖灵和消渴丸相当 (P >0 0 5 ) ;糖尿病小鼠耐热 :各给药组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。②脂糖舒延长正常和糖尿病小鼠耐寒和耐热存活时间的量效关系明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 脂糖舒明显增强正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠的耐寒和耐热能力 。
Objective To observe the effects of Zhi Tang Shu(ZTS) on tolerances of low temperature and high temperature in normal and diabetic mice.Methods The diabetic model mice induced by alloxan and normal mice were treated with ZTS,glibenclamide,phenformin and Xiao ke pill respectively for 15 dyas.The survival time(minute,min) of low temperature(-7 ℃±1 ℃) and high temperature(50 ℃±1 ℃) was counted.Results ①The survival time of low temperature and high temperature in normal and diabetic mice were markedly prolonged by ZTS,glibenclamide,phenformin and Xiao ke pill,respectively.The effects of anti low temperature of ZTS in normal mice was the best of all(P<0.001).And in the diabetic mice:that of ZTS was similar to phenformin(P>0.05);better than glibenclamide and Xiao ke pill(P<0.001).And the effects of anti high temperature of ZTS in normal mice was better than glibenclamide(P<0.05);similar to phenformin and Xiao ke pill(P>0.05).In the diabetic mice:there were no significant differences among these drug groups(P>0.05).②The effects of ZTS had obvious dose effect relationship(P<0.01).Conclusion ZTS has remarkable effects of enhancing tolerance of anti low temperature and anti high temperature in normal and diabetic mice and there is dose effect relationship.
