目的 介绍掌骨颈骨折畸形愈合的手术矫正方法及其优越性。方法 采用保留掌侧骨皮质的楔形截骨方法并以 2枚克氏针作简单固定以使畸形得以纠正。结果 2 5例 36指畸形矫正、患指外形正常 ,伸屈不受限。结论 保留部分皮质骨的楔形截骨治疗掌骨颈骨折畸形愈合无需特殊手术器械 ,损伤小 。

Objective To introduce the and its advantages cuniform osteotomy in collum metacarpi stale angled malformation.Methods To employ the retained cortex of palmae metacarpal bone with cuneiform partial metacarpectomy and 2 Kirschner pin additional fixation are a useful corrective therapy to the cervix metacarpal fractnre with angulate deformity.Results Thirth six finger,25 cases of malformation was completely cured,and shape of suffering finger became normal;function of flexion and extension was not limited.Conclusion Reserve part of cuniform cut bone of cortical bone substance does not need special devices,and the functions recover well after operation.
