测振法在球磨机装煤量测量中的应用

The Application of Piezoelectric Vibration Pickup in Measuring of Ball Mill Material Level

本文以压电测振传感器为例,介绍了应用测振法来测量球磨机装煤量(料位)的原理和实践。给出试验中球磨机不同装煤量时,测得的振动信号的功率谱。

This paper presents the principle that the piezoelectric vibration pickup is used to measure the material level of ball mill. The power spectrum of the vibrational signal, which are measured in various material level of ball mill is given.
