新斯的明封闭足三里穴治疗腹胀的临床探讨

Clinical research about treatment of abdomenal distention by Asusanli accupoint block with neostigmin

目的 :探讨新斯的明封闭足三里穴治疗腹部手术后患者腹胀 ,促进排气、排便的疗效。方法 :30例腹部手术后患者随机分为实验组与对照组各 15例 ,实验组于术后第 2天采用新斯的明封闭足三里穴 ,对照组给予常规护理。结果 :用新斯的明封闭足三里穴 ,可促进排气、排便 ,治疗腹胀见效快 ,效果好 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :新斯的明封闭足三里穴 ,能疏通经络 ,行气活血 ,可有效促进胃肠功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate for application of Asusanli block with neostigmin in treatment of abdomenal distention,improve analfluxus and defecation. Method:We have used neostigmin Asusanli block over patients with abdomenal distention after GI operation and compared with routine method. Result:Neostigmin Asusali block can improve and fluxus,defecation thereby acquire quick and obvious effect in alleviating distention(P<0.05). Conclusion:Neostigmin bock Asusanli can stimulate Jinluo,improve GI tract function recovery.
