社区护理干预对肺结核患者遵医行为的影响

Effect of community nursing intervention on Tuberculosis patients' compliance to treatment

目的 :探讨肺结核患者提高遵医率的方法。方法 :将出院的 10 0例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各 5 0例。对实验组进行社区护理干预 ,对照组不施加任何影响。半年后 ,对两组患者进行遵医率调查 ,并对比分析胸部X线肺部病灶吸收情况。结果 :实验组的遵医率及治愈好转率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :社区护理干预对提高患者遵医率 ,控制结核病蔓延起重要作用。

Objective:To investigate for method to improve patients' compliance to treatment. Method:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Nusing intervention were accepted in experiment group.After half a year,analyzed two groups by their compliance condition and chest X-ray. Result:Compliance and recovery of chest X-ray for focus are better in experimental group( P <0.01). Conclusion:Community nursing intervention show important in improving treatment compliance and controlling tuberculosis spreading.
