安桃乐分娩活跃期镇痛的临床观察

Clinical observation over analgesia function of Antole in pregnant active stage

目的 :研究安桃乐用于分娩活跃期镇痛的效果及对分娩的影响。方法 :随机将 10 0例产妇分为观察组和对照组各 5 0例 ,观察组在产程进入活跃期即用安桃乐至第 1产程末 ,对照组行心理护理。结果 :观察组和对照组产痛差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,活跃期及第 2产程时间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,分娩方式 ,产后出血及新生儿评分差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :活跃期应用安桃乐镇痛安全 ,有效 ,简便 。

Objective:To understand analgesia effect of Antole in active stage of labour and its effect on pregnancy Method:100 cases were divided randomly into observation and control group 50 for each Antole were administered from beginning of active stage to end of first process Result:There are significant differences in pain sensation(P<0 01),labour duration of active stage and second stage(P<0 05),no difference in post labour haemorrhage and newborn apgar score(P>0 05) Conclusion:It's a safe,effective method to use Antole as analgesia in active stage of labour without any side effects on purients and infants
