米索前列醇配伍安定在计划分娩中的临床应用

A clinical study of using misoprostol with diazepam in planned delivery

目的 :探讨米索前列醇配伍安定在计划分娩中的应用。方法 :将 4 5 0例足月孕妇分为米索前列醇配伍安定 (联合 )组 15 2例 ,蓖麻餐组 14 8例 ,自然分娩组 15 0例。联合组于凌晨 4时口服 5 0 μg米索 ,同时静推安定 10mg ,以后每隔 5h ,阴道后穹隆放置 5 0 μg。蓖麻餐组 ,蓖麻油 5 0ml加 2个鸡蛋剪服。结果 :(1)引产效果 ,联合组成功率为 92 % ,蓖麻餐组为 4 5 8% (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )产程 ,计划分娩产程明显短于自然分娩 ,联合组更为明显 ,总产程比自然分娩缩短 4 5h ;(3)母婴并发症 ,计划分娩和自然分娩差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :米索配伍安定用于计划分娩可缩短产程 ,降低母婴并发症 ,能有计划的控制分娩 。

Objective:To study the effect of using misoprostol with diazepam in planned delivery Method:450 normal term pregnant women were assigned misoprostol with diazepam group-the conjoined group(152 patients);castor-eating group(148 patients);and natural labor group(150 patients) In conjoined group:they were given misoprostol 50μg to eat at 4am,and at the sametime,injected diazepam about 10mg,then misoprostol 50μg through poterior vaginal for every 5 hours In castor-eating group:castor oil 50ml and two eggs were fried together to eat Result:(1)The success rate of induced labor in conjoined group was 92%,castor-eating group 45 8%(P<0 01) (2)Birth process:the birth process of planned labor was much shorter than that of natural labor group,and the conjoined group was the shortest,which was 4 5h shorter than natural labor group (3)Complication in baby and the parent:there was significant difference in planned group and natural labor group(P<0 01) Conclusion:Using misoprostol with diazepam for planned delivery will shorten the birth process,prevent complication,adjust delivery systematically,make the delivery easily and avoid prolonged labour
