妇女围绝经期健康状况的调查研究

Investigative research about health condition during women's perimenopause period

目的 :调查研究妇女围绝经期的健康状况。方法 :采用自行设计和发放健康问卷的方法 ,向自愿接受调查者调查。结果 :围绝经期妇女常见的不适应反应发生率偏低 ,每 2个适应方面都有显著的正相关性 ,围绝经期体验 4个适应方面互相影响。结论 :用Roy的适应模式论指导评估围绝经期妇女健康 ,能注意到心理、社会方面的健康变化及影响因素 。

Objective:To investigate and research about womens health condition during perimenopause period Method:Self-designed health inquestionaire were adopted Result:Incidence of inadaptive reaction during perimenopause period is relatively lower There is positive correlated relation between every two adaptive reactions Conclusion:Roy adaptive mode can do help for measuring health condition during menopause period,with this women can be helped through menopause safely
