摘要
目的 :探讨嗜铬细胞瘤严重并发症的预防和护理。方法 :回顾分析手术治疗 2 5例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料 ,总结各类并发症的病因、临床特征、预防及护理。结果 :所有并发症均得到良好控制 ,患者安全渡过围手术期 ,治愈出院。结论 :对嗜铬细胞瘤并发症应以预防为主 ,防治结合 ,急救护理的正规化、个体化是提高抢救成功率的关键。
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing of the severe complications of pheochromocytoma Method:A retrospective analysis was performed over 25 cases of pheochromocytoma treated All complications were analyzed in the following aspects:etiology,clinical features,prevention and nursing Result:All the complications were managed effectively,which enabled the patients recovering smoothly during the perioperative period Conclusion:Prevention and nursing play an important role in the treatment of the complications of pheochromocytoma The key to improve the cure rate is to make the emergency nursing be standardized and individualized
