颈椎动脉内支架成形术的护理

Nursing about patients accepting cervical vertibral artery plasty with internal stand

目的 :总结颈椎动脉支架成形术治疗颈椎动脉高度狭窄患者的护理经验。方法 :伴有缺血性脑血管病颈椎动脉狭窄 6例在DSA下行颈椎动脉内支架成形术。结果 :6例均成功植入支架 ,患者临床症状改善 ,DSA影像学显示血管形态恢复 ,未发生严重的并发症。结论 :加强手术前后的护理 ,严密观察及预防并发症的发生 ,患者主动配合治疗是手术成功的关键。

Objective:To conclude the nursing experience about cervical vertibral artery plasty on cervical vertibral artery stenosis(CVAS) Method:6 cases CVAS patients complicated with ischemic cerebral vascular disease accept internal stand vascular plasty under digital substracted angiography(DSA) Result:All succeeded with alleviated symptom,DSA show restored vascular morphology,no serious complications Conclusion:Paying attention to nursing,observation over incidence of complications,good cooperation are crux for successful operation
