商品中水分的多少不仅是商品质量优劣的一种体现；也是贸易双方实行按质论价 的一种依据。是商品检验中一项带有普遍意义的检测内容。本文归纳了国家相 关标准中，关于水分水量测定的各种方法与原理，以便人们在不易查找各种相应 一标准时，也能准确测定各商品的含水量。

The amount of moisture in commodities does not only reflects the quality of the commodities, but also serves as a kind of important basis for the trading parties to decide its price and, therefore, becomes a testing item with universal significance in the process of commodity inspection. This thesis tries to sum up, with reference to the corresponding criteria of the country, the various kinds of methods and principles with regard to the inspection of the moisture contained within commodities, so as to provide conveniences for people to test and measure the containing moisture in various kinds of commodities even when they are in trouble of finding the corresponding criteria while on inspection.
