摘要
在总结笔者长期从事健美操教学与教练实践经验的基础上,提出了运用健美操提 高健康体运能的几种有效方法,旨在推进新世纪全民健身运动的普及与提高。
On the basis of tong - term Callthenics teaching and training, The auther puts forward five metheds which improve healthy physical aolo ptabicity by bodybuiloling Callisthenics .This papers parpose is giving and impetus to popularizing and raising of sports for national fitness in the new century.
