列宁后期认识到战时共产主义政策所带来的危机。提出了必须从俄国落后的经济 ,小生产占优势的现实国情出发 ,以新的迂回办法来完成整个过渡 ,不能盲目套用发达的西欧社会。列宁晚年重新思考现实社会主义的历史起点问题 ,正是今天我国实行社会主义经济、政治、文化体制全面改革的真正源头。对落后国家建设社会主义具有普遍指导意义。

Lelin recognized the crisis the communist policy during the war brought in. He pointed out that the government should base on the undevoloped and small scaled economy to finish the transference in the way of roundabout instead of inmitating blindly the policy of devoloped countries in Western Europe. In his late years, Lelin reconsidered the problem of the realistic socialist starting. That is the real source from which we enforce our all sided transformation in economy、politic、cultural system. It is of common guiding value to the underdevoloped countries which are in process of contracting communist society. [
