在实践中 ,从事高校学生思想政治工作 ,往往积累的是有关大学生特性的感性知识。本文试图就大学生社会化问题进行理性思考 ,以便能从新的高度、新的角度去理解和认识当代大学生的社会生活和社会行为特性 ,使我们的教育和管理更具有针对性。

In the course of performing ideological and political work over the students of higher education,plenty of perceptual knowledge is accumulated as regards their characteristics. This thesis is making attempts to probe vationally into the question of socialization of college students,trying to learn and understand the characteristics of the social lives and behaviors of contemporary college students so as to help make our education and management move directive and effective.
