Information Literacy Education of Librarian Under the Network Environment

情报信息意识的强与弱 ,决定了一图书馆员对情报信息所采取的态度及处理方式 ;信息能力教育是提高图书馆员业务能力、工作水平最直接有效的途径。信息素质教育应理论结合实际 ,坚持学以致用 ,按需施教的原则。

Information awareness determines a librarians attitude towards informations and his(her) way of treating them; information capability education is the most direct and effective way of improving librarians working capability; and information morality is the code of conduct guiding and adjusting the relationship between information creators, information suppliers and the information users. Inrlrmation literacy education should adhere to the principles of integrating theory with practice and making study serve the practical purpose. [
