摘要
干旱灾害是中国重大自然灾害之一,严重影响着城乡居民生活和工农业生产。基于GIS技术模拟区域历史大旱时可再现历史大旱发生过程与影响范围,对防旱抗旱具有重要意义。以安徽省北部6个地级市为研究区域,将降水距平百分率作为旱情评估指标,采用GIS空间技术对研究区1978年历史大旱的旱情进行了模拟与评估。结果表明,1978年干旱影响范围广、历时长,大部分地区3~9月发生了持续干旱,约37%的区域达到特大干旱等级。评估结果与实际情况相吻合,说明GIS技术在区域干旱模拟与评估研究中具有较广泛的应用价值。
Drought disaster is one of the great natural disasters and it seriously affects the residents' living and the industrial and agricultural production. Simulating and evaluating regional historical drought events based on GIS, recreating the processes and severity of historical drought, are very important for preventing and resisting drought. Taking six cities of northern Anhui Province as an study area, GIS space technology is used to simulate and evaluate regional historical drought in 1978 by taking the percentage of precipitation anomalies (Ps) as an indicator of drought severity. The results show that the drought spread almost the whole area, and continued 7 months from March to September in most areas, ahour 37 percent of the areas reached large drought. The results are in accord with the actual conditions, which demonstrates that GIS can be applied widely in the research of regional drought simulation and evaluation.
