摘要
为解决城市水资源短缺、城市内涝并存问题,以北方典型缺水城市保定市为例,在分析保定市绿地系统现状基础上,指出雨岛效应加剧、城市硬化面积增加、管网淤塞、老城区管网设计标准偏低等因素是城区暴雨期内涝的主要原因,进而提出了基于园林城市理念的排水蓄水系统改造方案。以现有绿地系统为基础,结合城区水系、交通干线、既有排水系统,合理规划下凹式绿地系统以增加城市透水面积,同时加快雨污分流改造并强化管网维护,不仅美化了保定市城区环境,而且有效利用了雨洪资源、缓解了城市缺水危机,也解决了城市内涝问题。
To address the shortage of water resources and urban waterlogging problems both exist in Baoding City, the typical northern dry city, the causes of the waterlogging in Baoding are analyzed based on the situation analysis of green area system, and generalized in the rain island effect intensifies, increasing urban hardened area, pipe blockage, the low design standard of pipe network in old town. Then the reform programs were proposed based on the concept of the garden city drainage water system. Combined with the city water system, transportation routes and existing drainage systems, the rational sunken green system was planned with the existing green space system basis for increasing green depression permeable area of the city, speeding up the transformation of rain and sewage diversion and strengthening maintenance of pipe network. In that way, not only the urban environment in Baoding will be beautified, but also the rainwater resources will be used effectively, the water crisis in the city is eased and the problem of urban waterlogging is solved.
