摘要
针对锦屏一级水电站基坑施工方案安全风险评价受主观性影响大的问题,在定义水电工程施工方案安全风险指数的前提下,基于改进的熵权法中的熵值确定了基坑施工方案安全风险评价各个指标项的权重,提出了锦屏一级水电站基坑施工方案安全风险评价的观控风险模型,评价了四种基坑施工方案的安全风险程度,指出各个施工方案的比较收益与风险排序明显不同,说明风险与收益之间可相互转化,只要能找到平衡点就能使承担的风险与收益同时达到理想状态。
There is large subjective impact on safety risk evaluation of foundation pit construction scheme for Jinping level I hydropower station. In the definition of safety risk index for hydropower project construction scheme, each index weight of safety risk assessment for foundation pit construction schemes is determined based on the improved entropy weight method. And then this paper puts forward the concept of safety risk evaluation of control model for foundation pit construction of Jinping level I hydropower station. At the same time, four kinds of safety risk degree for foundation pit construction scheme are evaluated. Finally, it points out that the comparison of different construction schemes sorting benefit and risk are obviously different, which demonstrates that the benefit and risk can be transformed each other. As long as the balance can be found, the benefit and risk can be reached the ideal state simultaneously.
