摘要
为消除在开关柜面板上操作实现传统的电厂电动机就地启停试验存在的安全隐患,提出了一种基于Dupline总线的电动机就地启停试验系统模型,该系统由试验区移动式按钮盒、试验区延长线、设备区移动接线、中央控制器及由试验回路箱构建的Dupline总线网络组成,通过对输入、输出模块的编址,用一套试验系统就可以完成全厂电动机的就地启停试验,确保了电动机的试验安全。
Local start-stop test of motors in power plant is usually accomplished at electrical cabinet, and the test operation is risky, A local start-stop test system based on Dupline bus is proposed to solve the problem. The test system is consist of mobile button box, extended line, mobile connection wire, central controller, and Dupline network composed of test loop boxes. By addressing the input/output modules in the system, local start-stop test of motors all over the power plant can be accomplished in safety.
