摘要
通过简易导热性能比较法、流动性测试、抗压强度测试、膨胀性测试等室内试验,对地源热泵所用回填材料水泥、石英砂、膨润土、减水剂、膨胀剂等配比进行了优选,最终确定了地源热泵回填材料的适宜配比为水∶水泥∶石英砂∶高效减水剂∶膨胀剂∶膨润土=0.55∶1∶2∶0.014∶0.06∶0.01,在实际工程得到了合理性验证。
According to the method of simple thermal performance comparison in laboratory, liquidity test, compressive strength test, expansion test, experiments of raw material proportion selection for backfill material of ground-source heat pump has been conducted. Appropriate proportion of raw material of backfill material is determined. The proportion of water, cement, sand, water reducing agent, swelling agent and bentonite is equal 0.55 : 1 : 2 :0. 014 : 0.06 :0.01, which the rationality is verified in practical engineering.
