洪屏蓄能电站下水库与小湾水库联合经济运行

摘要 北潦河经洪屏蓄能电站下库泄水建筑物流进小湾水库,因此洪屏蓄能电站在满足自身调峰、填谷、调频、调相及紧急事故备用等任务的前提下同时对小湾水库的运行有一定影响。针对洪屏蓄能电站周调节运行方式的特点,确定其上、下库蓄水总量约束范围,在此基础上建立了洪屏蓄能电站下库与小湾水库的联合优化调度模型,提出了洪屏蓄能电站下水库与小湾电站联合经济运行的优化调度规则,并针对不同典型年来水情况的联合经济运行进行了仿真计算。结果表明,联合优化调度不仅能保证洪屏蓄能电站安全稳定运行,还可增加小湾电站的发电效益。 The Beiliaohe natural runoff flows into Xiaowan reservoir through the outlet structure of Hongping lower reservoir. On the premise of that Hongping pumped storage power station meets the tasks of peak shaving, valley filling, frequency modulation, phase modulation and emergency reserve, it has impact on the operation of Xiaowan hydropower station. According to the weekly regulation operation characteristics of Hongping pumped storage power station, it deter- mined the total water storage constraint range of it's upper and lower reservoirs and established the joint optimization scheduling model of Hongping pumped storage lower reservoir and Xiaowan reservoir. Then the optimization scheduling rules of joint economic operation was put forward and simulated under inflow in different typical years. The results show that the joint optimization scheduling model can not only ensure Hongping pumped storage power station safe and stable, but also can increase the generation benefits of Xiaowan hydropower station.
