摘要
介绍一种防爆多功能铲运车的工作装置的组成。并以正转四杆机构为研究对象,通过图解法试凑设计正转四杆机构以达到既能保证铲斗举升平动性,又能保证铲叉及工作平台的举升平动性的要求。经实践证明,用这种试凑法设计的正转四杆机构,效果良好。
Introduce a kind of form of multi-function explosion-proof scraper working device. And regard the forward rotation four rods mechanism as subject of study, try to design the forward rotation four rods mechanism by graphical trial and error method to ensure not only stability but also translational movement of the bucket and the working platform when the bucket rise. The forward rotation four rods mechanism designed by method of trial and error gets very good results by actual practice.
