摘要
阐述了一种新型薄壁夹具的设计原理。通过建立模型对夹具进行受力分析,确定弹性套结构。利用弹性套使夹具与工件内孔产生过盈配合,有效解决了车削薄壁筒件时定心精度不高的问题,从而大大提高了零件的加工精度,对实际生产有着很大帮助。并借助三维设计软件(UG)进行辅助设计,使设计内容更加直观,提高了效率。同时对夹具重要零件进行部分制造工艺分析,可指导实际生产。
Describes the design principle of a new type of thin wall fixture. By establishing the model of force analysis of the fixture, determine the elastic sleeve structure. By using the elastic sleeve so that the fixture and workpiece inner hole have an interference fit, effectively solves the turning of thin wall cylinder centring accuracy is not high, so the machining accuracy is greatly improved, has the very big help to the actual production. With the help of three-dimensional design software (UG) to aid the design, make the design more intuitive, improve efficiency. At the same time the fixture parts analysis of manufacturing process, which can guide the practical production.
