摘要
根据采煤机在大倾角综采工作面的工作环境,设计采煤机爬坡试验方案,模拟采煤机在大倾角综采工作面时的工作状态。通过爬坡试验方案的介绍,并对选用采煤机爬坡和制动能力进行计算分析,采煤机可完成35°爬坡试验。试验中对采煤机的制动系统进行改进,可保证采煤机制动系统的可靠性。试验可对采煤机的爬坡性能、制动效果及液压系统等性能进行测试,研究大倾角工作面采煤机的受力及工作状态,可缩短大倾角大功率采煤机的研发周期,提高产品的可靠性。
