摘要
针对EBZ75型掘进机工作过程中液压系统存在振动冲击大,功率损失大的问题,通过分析现有掘进机液压系统,提出一种恒功率加压力切断的控制方法对液压系统进行改进设计,并利用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,对截割回路及变量泵进行了仿真研究。结果表明:利用恒功率加压力切断控制液压系统可以改善传统掘进机液压系统存在的缺陷,减小系统的波动性,提高掘进机整机性能。
The problem of vibratory impulse and large power loss in working process exists on the hydraulic system of EBZ75 roadheader, which shortens the service life to a great extent. A new control method of constant power and switching-off pressure was proposed. The hydraulic system model was established and dynamic simulation of cutting hydraulic circuit and variable pump was made by using the software AMESim. The result shows that: the shortcomings of the hydraulic system were overcome and the performance was greatly improved. The new system had small volatilitv.
