摘要
煤岩识别是实现无人化采煤工作面的关键技术之一,利用采煤机滚筒接触到不同媒介时反映出的截割电机负载变化进行初步煤岩识别,进一步通过分析调高油缸前后腔体压力的变化进行煤岩识别,该煤岩识别方法具有实用、可靠、稳定的特点。
Coal and rock identification is one of the key technologies to realize unmanned coal mining face. This paper, by using of shearer drum when exposed to different media reflects the coal and rock cutting motor load change in preliminary identification. Further by analyzing higher oil cylinder cavity pressure changes before and after coal and rock identification. The coal and rock identification method has the characteristics of practical, reliable and stable.
