摘要
在SVG中开关管的脆弱性已经成为整个系统故障频发的主要原因。为了提高系统的可靠性,SVG故障容错技术越来越受到研究者的重视。故障容错技术中,根据调制策略的不同,采用不同的容错技术,在采用SVPWM(空间矢量调制)作为SVG主电路即三电平逆变电路调制策略的前提下成功将一种基于冗余矢量替代的容错分析方法应用于SVG。
In the SVG vulnerability of the power switching devices makes it the primary causes of failure of the entire system. To improve system reliability the SVG fault tolerarice technology has been paid more and more attentions by researchers. Fault tolerance use different techniques according to the different modulation strategy. This paper proposes a redundant vectors alternative fault ,tolerance method using SVPWM (space vector modulation) as the SVG main circuit which is three-level inverter circuit modulation strategy.
