摘要
通过Pro/ENGINEER建立提升机主轴装置的实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对主轴装置进行模态分析,得到其低阶固有频率和主振型。分析结果反映了提升机主轴装置在实际工况下的振动特性,也为提升机主轴装置故障诊断以及结构的优化设计提供了依据。
The solid model of hoist main shaft device is established by Pro/ENGINEER, then, the loworder natural frequencies and principal shapes are calculated in the modal analysis of main shaft device, which is carried out by ANSYS Workbench. The results of analysis indicate the vibration characteristics of main shaft device in reality, and provide the basis for fault diagnosis and structural optimization design.
